  • Discover Revelife and Xanga

This is my first post, and let me dedicate it to what caught my attention: Revelife.

I've been searching for a place to stay, heartwrite something and share something with the few people who take interest in whatever and whoever I am. I'd like to have a quiet place, a hideaway. So I went down the Net Road and searched for a sojourner's place. WordPress, Blogger, LiveJournal, Vox, Multiply...actually, I checked out every available free blog site that appeared on search engines. Xanga was one of the last sites I checked out.

I signed up a few days ago. Then I thought I'd see my blog today, so I checked Xanga again.

I noticed that Xanga is quite different. The topics are sensible. It is clean-looking and well-organized. Then I discovered Revelife.

I think Revelife is a great place to stay. I am a Christian, a follower of Jesus Christ, and it's really amazing when you discover something that's Christianly. The topic that caught my attention was:

    Christianity: A Myth?

posted by miss marigold. A great post it was, and reading some of the comments, I got fascinated by the way they interact. I am not a sociable person, so maybe I'll just enjoy reading others' blogs and try to interact at times with a comment.

As for the striking topic, my answer is: Christianity is a myth to unbelievers but an amazing reality to believers like us. The confusion brought by the various denominations and organizations--and most of them even labeling each other as this or that--can trouble someone who is spiritually unstable, but I believe that one tactic to make someone get lost in Truth is to put along the way countless truths to deceive those who are searching for It. If there are counterfeits everywhere, surely there's a genuine Truth.

My big thanks to Xanga and Revelife for my space here. Que Dieu vous benisse.
